Cruises 1 to 5 Nights (Excluding Suites and Concierge Staterooms)
If the guest cancel booking for
any own reason, SG Cruises will make a deduction according to the cancellation and refund policy of the cruise line:
all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and SG Cruises' Acknowledgment of receipt.
Telephone message notifications will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and
notification date).
95 days or before the departure date: SGD50 per person
Within 94-50 days from the
date of departure: SGD50 + deposit specified by the cruise company per person
Within 49-35 days from the date of
departure: SGD50 + 50% of the cruise fare (excluding port tax) per person
Within 34-20 days from the date of
departure: SGD50 + 75% of the cruise fare (excluding port tax) per person
Within 19 days from the date of
departure: SGD50 + 100% of the cruise fare (excluding port tax) per person
Note: Cancellation and refund
policies are subject to change by the cruise line at any time without prior notice.

date: SGD50 + deposit specified by the cruise company per person
Within 50-35 days from the date of departure:
SGD50 + 50% of the cruise fare (excluding port tax) per person
Within 34-20 days from the date of departure:

Within 19 days from the date of departure: SGD50
